REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At STEM Kits Botswana, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your product, our Refund & Exchange Policy is designed to put you first and keep you happy at the same time. We are proud of our STEM Kits and stand by them, however, should you feel the need to request for a refund or exchange, we ask you to read and follow the Policy below.
If you decide to cancel your purchase within 24 hours of placing your order and prior to shipping or pick-up, we will initiate a full refund.
If your order has been shipped at the time of cancellation, you are responsible to ship or drop-off your order back to us at your own cost. Once we have received the product, we will inspect it and a refund may be considered according to the Refund & Exchange terms below.
STEM kits purchased from STEM Kits Botswana may be eligible for a Refund or Exchange within 7 days of purchase if the purchase is in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We will not be able to accept a Refund or Exchange for used items or items that have missing/damaged original packaging and accessories.
All Refunds & Exchanges can take up to 14 days to process. We appreciate your patience and understanding in allowing us to serve you.
Please note refunds do not include credit card transaction fees which are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR MISSIING GOODS
If you receive a damaged order, we ask that you report the matter to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Email us visible pictures of the damages to sales@stemkitsbotswana.com Please do not discard the damaged product and its packaging. If you fail to report a damage within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will not be able to file a claim which means we cannot accept responsibility for the damages.
Once you notify us that your order was damaged, STEM Kits Botswana will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer. Claims typically take 15 – 30 business days to process. Under normal circumstances, the shipper will be dispatched to pick the item up for inspection and processing. We will need your help in making it available for pickup on the scheduled date and time. Alternatively, you can drop-off the damaged product at our offices. Our Team will advise you on how and when to go about this.
If the claim is successful, we will replace your order at no cost to you as soon as the damaged product has been received.
If the claim is unsuccessful, the outcome may result in a charge for the replacement item.
Please note replacements are subject to availability.
If you receive a product with missing components or accessories, we ask that you report the matter to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Email us visible pictures of the accessories to sales@stemkitsbotswana.com. Someone from our Team will get in touch with you.
If our Team deems the customer responsible for the damaged product and its accessories, a Refund or Exchange will not be possible.
